My name is Jennifer Wolskee, and I am very excited to be teaching fourth grade this year at Leeds Elementary! It is going to be a year full of fun, learning, and lots of adventure. I can't wait to see what this year has in store for us. I thought you might want to know a little about me.
I am married to a wonderful husband named Jason. I have a daughter, a step-daughter, and a step-son. We love spending time together, but I do have a few hobbies of my own. I love music and am learning to play the drums. I am also very enthusiastic about fitness and enjoy playing tennis. I love to read and enjoy keeping up to date on all of the current trends and research in education.
I grew up in New Jersey and went to college in Pennsylvania. I moved to Maryland in 2005. My mother and my older sister live in Pennsylvania. My father still lives in NJ. I am very close with my family.
It will be my fourth year teaching in Cecil County. Before that, I taught for seven years in Baltimore County, MD. I taught both intermediate and primary grades. I absolutely love teaching fourth grade. It is my mission to instill a love for learning in my students. As my former students will tell you, I teach with passion and am dedicated to creating a positive learning environment where all students can succeed.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. It is so important to keep communication open between us, and I would love to talk you whenever you feel the need. I look forward to a great year together!
